Ever since its founding CLAC has worked to support competitiveness in the wood/furniture sector on the level of research, training and the valorisation of design.

To cater to the needs for the availablity of professional figures specialising in the Wood/Furniture sector, in collaboration with Fondazione ENAIP Lombardia, Federlegno Arredo, Istituto Statale d’Arte di Cantù and l’Istituto IPSIA “Giuseppe Meroni” di Lissone, CLAC organises training courses for young unemployed high school and university graduates sponsored by FILLEA CGIL, FILCA CISL, FENEAL UIL, Confartigianato Imprese Como and Confederazione Nazionale dell’Artigianato Como.
The planning programme leading to the development of training initiatives includes:

analysis of the training needs of local companies;

planning of training programmes;

selecting of specialised teachers;

logistic organisation of courses;

supervision of training activities.
