The project ‘Women in the Wood/Furniture Sector: Added Value in Manufacturing and Innovation’ deals with the theme of the management of Human Resources, focussing especially on the role of women in company manufacturing contexts.

The purpose of the project is to create a more efficient Human Capital management policy within the SME of the Wood/Furniture sector in the Brianza district, in order to create new jobs for women, who represent the only part of the working population in the Brianza area with occupancy problems, and to create new opportunities for enterprises manifesting difficulties in recruiting new labour.
